Agile Project Management 101

Feeling stuck on a project, or unsure how to strategically move forward? Learn about Agile Project Management from Judy van Soldt, Founder of 3 Letter Firm. With a focus on civic and volunteer projects, Judy will give a general overview about how to use this framework. Expect to walk away with a solid grounding, learn more about the Agile Manifesto and its guiding principles, or strategize how this might help your project.

This is part of our ongoing ‘101 Series.’ Judy is also a member of the Core Team at Code for SF.
